Once you select checkout, you will be prompted to login unless you have already done so. You will then have the option to go to your member page to modify shipping and billing information. If no modifications need to be made, your shopping cart contents will be displayed. Once you make sure all is correct select the confirm order button at the bottom to the page. Lastly, select your method of payment and follow the steps to finish the order.

For email orders simply locate the product you want to purchase and email us the order. Please include your name, billing/shipping address, item numbers & products that you would like to order. We will call or email you as soon as possible to discuss payment method and to finalize your order.

Return Materials Authorization numbers (RMA) must be obtained from Customer Service prior to returning merchandise to Surgical911.com. Please have the following information ready:

Full credit will be issued for all merchandise which is unused, in the original packaging, and is returned within 30 days from the date of invoice. How does Surgical911.com calculate shipping charges?
For domestic orders shipping costs are calculated depending the total dollar amount of your order (see domestic and international shipping rates). International shipments are subject to the same calculation plus the buyer will accept all shipping costs including Custom Duty, Surcharge, Special Handling, Agent Fees and other miscellaneous charges related to instrument shipment. All charges not accepted will automatically be charged to the buyer.
